His friendship with Udo Proksch, the owner of the Viennese confectionery Demel, who made the headlines as an insurance fraudster and murderer because of the Lucona affair and was convicted in 1992, brought Georg Biron much public criticism because he believed in his friend's innocence until the trial in this case.
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Udo Proksch's death, this very personal literary portrait is published, which neither wants to clear Proksch nor to reopen the Lucona case, but takes an emotional look at the Austria of yesterday against the background of a political criminal case.
